In order to strengthen well communication and cooperation between the attorneys and judicial departments, and improve the level of foreign-related legal services in Shandong Province, on May 11, 2024, the Shandong Lawyers Association and the Qingdao International Commercial Court held a symposium, signed joint construction agreement, and established a normalized communication mechanism, injecting new vitality into the improvement and development of international commercial dispute resolution. The attendees visited the cultural exhibition hall and cloud court of Qingdao International Commercial Court, watched promotional videos of Qingdao International Commercial Court, and conducted in-depth discussions and exchanges on diversified international commercial dispute resolution legal services. After the symposium, the Foreign Dispute Resolution Professional Committee of the Provincial Lawyers Association held plenary meeting to study the four-year work plan and the 2024 work plan.
