Invited by client, Kevin Liu studied the court cases which had handled before, gave legal advice and risk control for the issues of contract of international trade, warehouse contract, shipping contract, etc. According to the laws and regulations and on the basis of commercial business, Kevin gave many suggestions about how to avoid the risk, and how to perform contract. When face the lawsuits, how to handle the dispute. After the meeting, managers of company asked several questions about the legal risk issues, and got the satisfied answers.
